1. Subject of Services

Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering develops specialized elastomer seals and high-durability synthetic rubber gaskets for heavy-duty hydraulic actuators and high-pressure fluid transfer pipelines. We conduct rigorous tensile strength and thermal degradation testing under prolonged abrasive exposure to ensure absolute containment and prevent fluid leakage in industrial pumping stations.

Our services include the design, manufacture, and supply of custom sealing solutions based on client specifications. All products are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering agrees to deliver products that meet the agreed specifications and performance standards. The client agrees to provide accurate technical requirements and to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for their intended application. Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or improper installation of the products.

• Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering reserves the right to modify product specifications with prior notice to the client.
• The client must notify Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering of any defects within 14 days of receipt.
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged.

3. Limitations of Liability

Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production downtime, or fluid leakage beyond the containment provided by the seals.

Our products are tested under controlled conditions, and actual performance may vary depending on the operating environment. The client assumes all risk associated with the use of the products in their specific application.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Refunds are available only for products that are found to be defective upon delivery, subject to our inspection and verification. No refunds will be issued for custom-made products that meet the agreed specifications.

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing to info@bunanacy.com within 14 days of the invoice date.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering reserves the right to terminate immediately if the client breaches any material term of this agreement, including non-payment or misuse of products.

Upon termination, the client must pay all outstanding fees and return any proprietary materials provided by Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering.

6. Modification of Terms

Bunanacy.com Polymer Engineering reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website at bunanacy.com. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will notify clients of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
